不是我喜欢的题材，但是看到当中还是很被吸引，后段略微有些拖沓牵强，略有点玛丽苏。

开头那种写法没有觉得给故事添了啥。整个故事很感人。对藏民的生活写得很真实的感觉，应该是对藏民生活很了解

20211030 - 1106，首个非REM睡眠的重要性，以及睡眠禁区，增加温差快速降温的理论，都给了我很大的启发。 与《Going Attractions: The Rise and Fall of the Drive-In as an American Icon》互补，值得一看。初中时听说了“短睡眠者”，可惜当时只是知道一段故事，为了更多时间学习，就强迫早上4点多赶来。但是当时白天并没有记录反馈，其实白天很多课都睡着了。影响了几个月。这更让我深刻明白了不知底层原理的危害，以及中小学生对认知的偏差。

真正能维护我们身体健康的，是良好的情绪，是合理的饮食和积极的锻炼，这，才是一生健康的大道。
